Cancellation and refund policy

As I require full payment upon booking, my cancellation and refund policies are based on how much notice is given. I ask that all clients kindly read through these terms before booking a session.

Please see the full details below:

  • No shows = No refund, full payment will be required for any further bookings
  • Less than 24 hours notice = No refund, full payment will be required for any further bookings
  • 24 to 48 hours notice = 50% can be refunded or put towards your rescheduled session
  • 48+ hours notice = Appointment can be rescheduled free of charge
