A mental performance partnership provides long-term support to sharpen focus, overcome mental blocks, and build resilience, helping you achieve your goals in sports, business, or any high-pressure environment.
Hypnotherapy works with your subconscious to reframe limiting beliefs and habits, helping you release mental blocks, reduce stress, and perform at your best when it matters most.
Sessions are primarily online, giving you flexibility and accessibility. They are tailored to your goals and can include hypnotherapy alone or combined with other techniques, depending on the package you choose.
Results depend on your goals and commitment. Many clients notice changes within a few sessions, while lasting growth builds as you apply the techniques over time.
Hypnosis puts the mind into a trance, typically to trigger a physical response. Hypnotherapy combines this with talking therapy to create a psychological response and encourage positive change.
This differs from person to person and is also influenced by the topic you want to focus on. To stop smoking, typically, only one session is required. For all other topics I cover, more will be necessary for maximum results.
Your initial hypnotherapy session will be 45-60 minutes, and any further appointments will be 45 minutes long. For those using hypnotherapy to quit smoking, one 75 – 90 minute session will be booked.
Hypnotherapy is thought to have a 93% success rate. As it focuses on altering your unconscious mind, all it requires is an open mind and willingness and determination to succeed.
